Hartford Hill Winery is a beautiful backdrop for your wedding, accommodating both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. While we look forward to hosting your ceremony, please know that ceremonies are scheduled during our non-business winery hours only.

Space can be rented during non-business hours. Our non-business hours include:
Friday & Saturday before 4pm
Sunday After 6 pm

Wedding Ceremony / Reception Information

  • 1 We do not close to the public during our regular business hours for wedding receptions. Therefore, we DO NOT have availability for Saturday night wedding receptions. Typically, our wedding receptions happen before we open at 4 PM on Saturday or after we close on Sunday at 6 PM. Depending on the size of wedding and time of year, our Fireplace Room is available on Friday evenings but we remain open to the public.
  • 2 The maximum seating inside the barn is 300 people.
  • 3 Pricing to rent the winery for a wedding ceremony is $900 and $1,800 for a ceremony/reception bundle. There is a 50% deposit required to hold the date. There is an additional $200 deposit required that is refundable when the wedding is complete and the winery is returned to its original set up.
  • 4 Pricing includes a four hour ceremony/reception timeframe plus an additional two hours for set up and tear down. If additional time is required, there will be a $75/hour charge. Please remember you are responsible for set up and tear down of tables, chairs, decorations, etc.
  • 5 You may bring in your own caterer if renting during non-business hours. Both you and your caterer are responsible for setting up (including arranging and moving tables) plating/serving the food and clean up. Please note: If you choose to bring in your own food, it is your responsibility to set up, plate/serve and clean up.
  • 6 Our kitchen is a prep kitchen only.

Baby/Bridal Showers

Winery rental is available for showers before business hours on Saturdays from 11 AM – 4 PM. Rental price for showers is $650. You have the option of bringing your own food or choosing items from our menu.

NOTE: There are options for showers on Sunday during business hours with some exclusions. However, we remain open to the public on Sundays and rented space is not private. Call the winery for details.

Our kitchen is a prep kitchen only.

If renting space and using our food during business hours you may not bring in outside food with exception of cake and/or dessert.

There is ABSOLUTELY no outside alcohol permitted on site. This is due to our licensure.

Options for Alcohol: Alcohol/Beverages:

Option 1: Bottles placed on the serving table and replaced as needed.

Option 2: Bartender and create a running tab. Wine slushies upon request.

Beverages: Soda, water, lemonade, iced tea, and coffee priced as consumed.

There is absolutely NO outside alcohol permitted on site due to our licensure.

There is an 18% gratuity included in alcohol and a 5% surcharge for using a credit card.
